AgentHire E2E respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit agenthiree2e.com, submit an SMB workflow request, apply as an AI workflow builder, or otherwise communicate with us.

Information we collect

We may collect information that you provide directly, including:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Company name, role, and business contact information.
  • Information about recurring work, workflows, tools, systems, timelines, and business needs.
  • Builder experience, work examples, portfolio links, qualifications, and application information.
  • Information included in messages, follow-up communications, or supporting materials you send to us.
  • Any other information you choose to provide.

Our website hosting and security providers may also collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card information, passwords, confidential account credentials, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through our website or intake Forms.

  • Respond to questions and communications.
  • Determine whether a request or application fits AgentHire E2E's current scope.

AgentHire E2E does not execute workflows directly.

Google Forms and Google Sheets

AgentHire E2E currently uses published Google Forms to collect SMB requests and builder applications. Information submitted through those Forms is processed using Google services and may be stored in linked Google Sheets used for manual review. Google's own privacy terms and service terms also apply to its processing of that information. Access to submission data is limited to AgentHire E2E and authorized reviewers who need access for legitimate review and operating purposes.

How we may share information

We may share information:

  • With authorized reviewers and collaborators assisting AgentHire E2E.
  • With hosting, form, storage, security, and other service providers that support the website and intake process.
  • With a potential builder, SMB, or engagement participant when reasonably necessary to evaluate or facilitate an opportunity and with appropriate notice or authorization.
  • When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
  • To protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of AgentHire E2E, its users, or others.
  • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

AgentHire E2E does not sell personal information.
